"We stayed at the Royal Scot with a small child and were very impressed. Yes, the decor is from the last century but it is very clean and the service is better than any other 4 or 5 star hotel. We had problems with our booked room and got an upgrade, plus we were refunded one night. Really great. Otherwise the location is great! The WLAN could be better. We would come back again!"
