„Fantastic Resort & Staff!“

„The employees of the hotel are very friendly, there is nothing that went about their helpful attitude and there kindness. There are several things i have to mention which makes the different to give 5 stars: Invoices at the poolbar were wrong calculated several times, had to advice them to correct it. The prices are always written without the 10 percent service and the 7 percent goverment tax. For me as a guest its to unvisible, i want to see the endprices, in this case it seems they wanna ...

„Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful any and al request. Location - great for quite and few crowds, but still waking distance (or a very short tuk-tuk ride) Overall the facilities had the everything you would expect, expect a beach (sand). Direct access into the sea is great and is only 1/2 meter deep for 100 meters into the sea. Great WiFi (worked daily with VPN). I would recommend this hotel for the staff, location and overall experience. “
