„We enjoyed our stay at Sum Beaches very much! Plenty of room for the 2 of us, clean inside and out, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and other household items. Nice location within walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, ice cream and the beach! Wifi was sometimes a little spotty. Owners were very responsive. Would highly recommend it and would definitely go back again.“

Lacking in expected essentials, ie...only 1 drinking glass for 2, the roll of toilet paper was 1/3rd wet when we arrived, no ice trays to make our own ice, no hangers, pepper shaker but no salt... annoying but not undoable. A trip to the Dollar Store was needed. Bathroom threshold board was not attached and kept sliding about when entering. Only closet was packed with multiple blankets, not needed in Pensacola in August, pillows with six more on the ...
