"The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and very comfortable overall. It had everything we needed like a fridge, safe, good lighting, and strong air conditioning. The room was also very quiet. We barely heard any noise from neighboring rooms. I also really liked the bathroom layout, as the toilet, sink, and shower area were separated, which made everything more practical. The location is excellent as well, very close to sightseeing spots, buses, and the JR station.
The only downside of the room itself was the lack of proper storage space for clothes. There were only four hangers and no real wardrobe, although for our two-night stay it was manageable.
The smoking room was honestly terrible. The smell was extremely strong and unpleasant, and it made the entire 9th floor, the public bath entrance area, smell like cigarettes. We stayed there for only two minutes and all of our clothes smelled afterward. The ventilation or air freshening there was really poor and hard to tolerate.
Another frustrating point was the laundry situation. Many guests left their clothes in the machines long after the cycle had finished, and whenever that happened we had to inform the front desk and wait for staff to handle it to wash/dry our clothes. Each time this caused around 15-25 minutes of waiting just to use the washer or dryer. Of course this was mainly due to inconsiderate guests, but I think the hotel could manage it more efficiently by removing finished laundry when other guests are waiting."
