„The customer service was absolutely outstanding. They front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Siao Chou (小周) and Ting Ting (亭亭). They went out of their way to provide us with specific information about local tourist destinations and how to navigate the city. Our Guilin visit went well because of them. The only issue we had was the hotel only had one washer and dryer. They were mostly occupied during early morning and night. “

„Wir kamen sehr spät an, da der Flieger Verspätung hatte. Beim Check In bekamen wir ein Upgrade und durften drei Nächte lang in der Suite mit zwei großen Schlafzimmern verbringen. Unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig, wobei wir uns vorstellen können, dass ein Zimmer zur Flussseite etwas lauter ist, weil dort viele Menschen spazieren gehen und Straßenmusiker ihre Lieder spielen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und es gab alles von der traditionellen chinesischen Teasuppe bis zum kontinentalen Käse, Speck ...
