The bathroom was adequate but the mirror placement is a bit awkward for ladies though there is a larger mirror within the closet door. Quite clean with coffee and tea available and a generous fruit bowl. The split system was great and it is very quiet spot. The owner was very warm and welcoming as well as helpful with directions. “

„The house is lovely and very clean, and there were lots of thoughtful and generous touches throughout, like the scones Marie made for us and the fact that Neal put the fire on for us before we arrived. Neal and Marie were very communicative hosts, and shared lots of recommendations etc. with us. The beds are also super comfortable and warm. We enjoyed a really cosy stay - it was lovely in early winter.“

„A fantastic little getaway. Tara Cottage was a perfect space for a quick little overnight stay in Daylesford. The place was immaculate, all the amenities were provided from oversized towels to a coffee machine, lots of choices on the TV and a comfy, warm space. Check in was easy, Prue is a wonderful host and we felt very safe and comfortable at the cottage.
