Clean rooms, amazing property, close to the areas we were visiting. We will come back next year. Only recommendation and if I missed it I apologize but a big push broom to clear off the steps, patio and hot tub area. We tried our best to keep the home clean and leaves, debris out of the hot tub but a garage style push broom would hwv helped. Again if I missed it my bad. Can't wait to come back next year!!!

Heart Of The River really has it all! I truly couldn't have enjoyed my stay any more — the property is gorgeous, well stocked with everything one might need, and the management overseeing the rental were professional, kind, and readily available whenever I had a question or needed something. Wonderful stay, tween loved the casita

Everything about this rental was charming, and our tween loved having the casita to themselves for independence. We saw California quails hanging out in the little courtyard, and lots of hummingbirds. It was really nice having the dedicated off-street parking spot too. We had some plumbing issues (a major leak) in the kitchen and prop mgr was responsive and timely to address, though we were left with a mess to clean up. We'd definitely stay here again nevertheless. Quiet and relaxing.

Family Thanksgiving in the Redwoods

This property was very beautiful, comfortable and well-appointed for our family Thanksgiving. Many thoughtful touches made it even better, like a turkey roasting pan and baster waiting on the countertop. Everything was just perfect. Many family members said it was the best house we've ever rented. Thank you, Wright family, for many happy family memories to cherish!

We absolutely loved this property! The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals. The black out shades in the bedrooms are wonderful. We slept so well! Everything in the house is in perfect working order. Pac Man and ping pong were fun. Love the jacuzzi and outdoor seating area. We would 100% stay here again!

Great getaway for friends/family

The house is adorable! We came in March for a quick getaway for my husband’s bday. We brought our 2 year old and Doodle. Although the sun was out it was a bit chilly to sit outside but the camellia tree was stunning and the yoga room was a cute addition. We only used the main house but there is an entirely separate casita where you could probably fit another small family. FYI you have to drive to downtown.

Literally Perfect

Everything about this property was perfect. House was cool because of the excellent brand new fans. Beds were super comfortable & slept great. Really good blinds on the windows so I didn’t even need to bring the black out curtains for our baby. Kitchen was incredible and super well stocked. Yard was SO spacious and fun to explore and spend time in. All the streaming services on all the TVs My kid loved the arcade game thing in the bonus space. So close to a great little beach. The only note which was absolutely in no way a deal breaker for us is that the bathroom door is a sliding barn door and not the MOST private. We loved this house so much and would be hard pressed I think to find a better spot for our family to stay. Thank you so much to the owners for decorating it so beautifully and putting it out there for the rest of us to enjoy.

Very Large Property

A nice stay for a brief family get away to Russian River. Property was huge. Kitchen was labeled and well stocked. As described on the listing. Location I docked one star but not bc the owners rather the general location plus this time of year left us finding most everything closed and looking for more to do than Armstrong Redwoods. The water level wasn’t safe for canoeing either. Only thing I will mention os there was a bit of an odor upon entry into the property which I communicated but again it was all clean. Communication was interesting in as much as while I usually received a reply (not always the most timely) I never really knew who I was communicating with. I don’t think it was with the owners but a handful of property managers. At one point we got a notice that the owner was getting notifications about the automatic door lock and what the issue was. We explained that we have a child on the spectrum who was very fascinated with the lock and that we would do our very best to temper this. The reply I got (again I don’t think from the owner so no blame there) was basically that I need to stop the behavior. For anyone who has a neurodivergent child we know it is not that simple. Didn’t sit well but the person doesn’t know us. Case in point I’m not sure the owner was made aware. That said the property is so large that if you have curious little ones you will find yourself constantly looking for them and making sure they’re not disturbing anything. Overall though very nice

Gorgeous, gorgeous beautiful home

My friends and I were in awe of how beautiful this place is. It felt like a home away from home. The hot tub is a great recharge station. Has a ton of board games, all the streaming apps, extra points for the butter bear cups in the kitchen. Over all a beautiful property. Me and my friends would LOVE to return next year. We’re forever thankful to the hosts for having such a great property and trusting us with it.

This property was everything it says and more. Charming! Relaxing! Clean! The property management group was top notch! Everything was brand new and clean, please take good care of it if you go and dont tell anyone else about it so we can keep it for ourselves ;).

Great place!

We really enjoyed this rental! The house was very well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub was great, and the location was perfect for our day trips into Jenner. Such a nice yard too! Definitely would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in this area!

Cozy river home perfect a weekend getaway

My family of 5 (3 young kids) and I stayed here for Xmas weekend and it was a great getaway. We had everything we needed, were comfortable and loved the quiet serene neighborhood setting in the woods near the river. There were a couple small things that needed improving but overall a great rental, even with a hot tub and separated guest house that my kids enjoyed. We would come back!

Pretty and comfortable river home

My husband, daughter and I spent Thanksgiving at Mi Corazon. The house was lovely and had everything we needed to make a fabulous Thanksgiving meal. Everything was clean and in good condition. Since there were only three of us we didn't use the bonus rooms, but they looked great (only problem is there is one bathroom and its in the house).

Beautifully decorated property

A quaint, cute, well decorated property. The hot tub and yoga studio were a big bonus, and well utilized. The bedrooms were a little small (no room for suitcases) and the beds were a little hard for our taste, but overall it was a wonderful property.
