„What bitteres me the most was the unfriendly lady at the reception that works there in the afternoon/evening. She is absolutely unwelcoming and gives no information about food options or restaurants in the vicinity. I went to bed hungry after a long flight, while the whole house smelled of food and people were eating in the backyard.
