„Sophia at the front desk is the asset of this property. Had a not so pleasant experience checking out in the past with one other receptionist though. Room is very spacious and having a/c is a major plus as most places in Guatemala do not have a/c (other than major hotels in the city). The balcony and kitchenette in each room are definitely appreciated. Also, the mall is a couple of floors down via elevator.
