The cleaning lady noticed that i did not have a pad for my mouse and she got one for me, very observant and helpful. The hotel is spotless clean and with beautiful garden. „We booked a room with a sofa bed for our teen, and they had it made up for us upon arrival— very nice! Bed was very comfortable, loved that they had windows that could actually open so we could get fresh air. Only reason I didn’t put excellent for more categories is because one day of our multi day stay, they did a less than stellar job on cleaning up and didnt refill our coffee stash. But the other days were excellent.“
