Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms accommodate up to four guests, each with a comfortable bed and room-darkening shades to help you settle into a proper rest. Hangers, a closet for clothing storage, and fresh bed linens keep things easy and organized throughout your stay.



Living and comfort

The living area is set up for both winding down and staying connected. The TV is there when you want it, and reliable Wifi keeps you linked to everything you need. Two full bathrooms mean no bottlenecks for groups, and hot water is ready when you are.



Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen gives you the flexibility to eat on your own schedule. A refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, coffee maker, blender, wine glasses, and a full set of dishes and silverware are all at your disposal. Pull up a seat at the dining table for a relaxed breakfast before heading out, or wind down in the evening with a home-cooked meal. Please note that oil, salt, and pepper are not currently provided at this property.



Building and access

A private entrance means you come and go entirely on your own terms. Self check-in via keypad means no coordinating arrival times - your door code handles it. The elevator, with a doorway at least 32 inches wide and a depth of at least 52 inches, makes moving through the building easy for everyone. When you're ready to slow down, the pool is there - a quiet spot to float away from the pace of the city.



Location

Sitting within reach of Paseo Chapultepec, Glorieta Minerva, and Centro Histórico, the apartment places you close to some of the city's most iconic streets and neighborhoods. Guadalajara's mild spring climate makes it easy to spend time outdoors - wandering café-lined blocks, exploring local galleries, or simply taking in the architecture that defines the city's character. During the World Cup, the buzz of the city is even closer, with fan culture woven into the streets around you.

1. Mandatory garbage disposal:

All garbage must be placed exclusively in the garbage chute (shut) located in the service stairwells.

It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the aisles.



2. Garbage Disposal Requirements:

Garbage must be contained in garbage bags, preferably double.

Large objects or glass bottles must not be thrown into the garbage chute. These should be deposited directly in the dumpster located in Basement 1.



3. Liability for damage:

Any person causing damage to the trash chute will be responsible for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties.



4. Instructions for rentals through platforms such as Airbnb:

For apartments renting through these platforms, we ask that you instruct your guests on these provisions to avoid mishaps.



We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining order and cleanliness in our facilities.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



There are no parking spaces.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock.



Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).



Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



*The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment. Your help is essential for us, thank you very much!



The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay.



The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 4* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $15* USD per person per night.



The accommodation has a capacity of 4, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. When booking, include the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and infants.

-It's important to note that due to ongoing development in Guadalajara, there may be construction near the condos, leading to daytime noise.
