„Lovely hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff was wonderful and incredibly patient and helpful with the clients. The restaurant was quiet, the food was delicious and the priced were really good. The staff of both the hotel and restaurant were BY FAR the best asset of the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel next time I visit to Cali.“

„This was absolutely breath taking. The scenery is to die for. The trip to the river is a must. Shout out to our tour guy Juan and Natalia the receptionist. She made everything so easy. This trip is exactly what I needed. “

„NO ME DIERON MI RESERVACIÓN YA QUE ESTABA DUPLICADA Y NO HABÍA LUGAR ESTOY ESPERANDO EL REEMBOLSO DE HOTELES..COM que me cobró por ADELANTADO. Además la ciudad estaba saturada por alta demanda de gente y gasté mucho en taxis en encontrar donde quedarme“

„Excelente servicio“

„A real fairytale place. Who looks for a very private and luxurious place - very calm although just a short walk from Jardin Plaza Comercial Centre - will find it all here. The design of the villa is stunning and so is the romantic garden. A spacious pool and even a tennis court are at the guests disposal. The best feauture of the place is however the friendly staff. You will feel like home. “

„I was supposed to receive free breakfast, that is one of the main reasons why I booked the property, but I was told by staff that I have to pay a fee and I was charged all three days I stayed. I ended up ordering from RAPPI which is their version of door dash which was much better!“

„Es könnte eine bessere Infrastruktur, Modernisierungen vornehmen.“

„Very loud guests even after 11 p.m.. sleeping impossible“
