Entertain your group in the open living space with foos- and skee ball. Stay active on the treadmill or yoga mats, then wind down in the huge master shower. Relax around your patio's private fire pit while the BBQ heats up, or use the open backyard with built in games. Bring your pup(s) with a fenced potty area. Enjoy parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway or 5 more street spaces in front of the house.
TO NOTE: The property is located on a main street near downtown Grover Beach. There is an upstairs (studio) vacation rental that shares the laundry, trash, driveway and large yard (beyond each units' private fenced patios).
There are security cameras on the exterior, aimed toward the driveway (parking) and the patio, backyard, and trash bins.

Out of respect for our neighbors we ask that you keep outdoor noise minimal after 10pm.
No cornhole or outdoor music after 9pm, please.
Please shake out sandy towels/clothing prior to bringing them in the house.

Use designated "Dog Run" (NOT faux turf patios) for pet bathroom and dispose of dog waste with the provided bags.
Keep pets off furniture and beds.
Excessive barking or uncontrolled behavior may result in a non-refundable cancelation of your behavior.
The pet fee does NOT cover property damage or additional cleaning caused by your pet. Pet waste removal, deodorizing, property replacement/repair, or city-imposed fines will be charged directly to the guest.
