Guest access:
Your check-in is fully automated for a smooth arrival - you’ll receive your access code prior to your stay.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee, depending on availability. Please reach out in advance if you’d like to explore these options.

Bringing Your Pup?

We’re happy to host your furry companions at Datcha Haus!

• $100 fee for the first pet
• $50 for an additional pet (up to 2 total)

We just ask that pets aren’t left alone in the home - thank you for helping us keep the space comfortable for everyone.

A Quick Note on Nature:

You’ll be surrounded by beautiful nature - including the occasional black bear sighting. They typically keep to themselves, but we recommend being mindful when outside, especially in the evening.

Just be sure to keep food secured and trash properly closed.

Peace of Mind:

For your safety and the protection of the home, there are exterior security cameras on the property.

Strict No-Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Any evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy:

To ensure every guest enjoys a spotless, fully prepared home, we carefully schedule professional cleanings between each stay. Because of this, early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and are only offered when our schedule allows.

When available, adjustments can be accommodated for a $25/hour fee. Availability is typically limited when we have same-day arrivals or departures.

We recommend planning your travel around the standard check-in and check-out times. That said, feel free to reach out ahead of your stay - we’re always happy to check availability and do our best to accommodate when possible!
