This incredible villa was inspired by Oliver Messel's Caribbean designs and constructed in an open architectural style consisting of three wings built around a central courtyard with covered walkways and coral rendered arches connecting each area.
Watch sunrise over Mount Hardy and sunset over the famous Pigeon Island, whilst, on a clear day you look North and wave to Martinique and ooking South you can see all the way down to the Gros Piton.
The pool deck has been extended to accommodate full occupancy with room to spare and is extremely private. Surrounded by native tropical habitat and with a covered grill, it makes an amazing social area. Sustainable modernisation has also been sympathetic to the ecological challenges the world faces, ensuring the villa generates 100% of its power needs through PV (solar) generated on the estate and we rainwater harvest 4000 gallons for irrigation and non-consumption use.
