Center duplex flat with terrace by hospital UMCG

The flat is in front of UMCG. The flat is a private place which you can have a comfortable private holidays. It is located in a quiet street directly at the UMCG hospital. The apartment has a kitchen with a coffee maker, a kettle and dishwasher, a living room with a smart TV with Netflix connection, and a roof terrace. On the backside of the flat there is a small park. The shopping street, Vismarkt, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are only 5 minutes walking away.
The space
The duplex flat is not a "handicap accessible home".
Guest access
You can access any place of the house as you see in the pictures. However there is a pole which is not available for the guests.
It is a private apartment, you will find private stuff in the house. However we will leave enough space for the guest's stuff.
Other things to note
The heating in the house is automatic. It is 19°C during the day and 17°C during the night. If you are home, you can put it higher as well. There is a central heating thermostat at the left side of the bedroom door.
