„Die Reception hat den Fokus leider nicht auf die Gäste, wir wollten bei der Poolanlage bleiben konnten aber wegen Gepäck das Auto nicht an der Sonne lassen, einzige Parkmöglichkeit an der Reception, Pool ist weit weg mit allen PP an der Sonne. Nur nach mehrmaligem Fragen wurde ich per Golfwagen zum Pool gebracht, zurück musste ich einen Abfangen da die Reception niemanden organisieren konnte/nicht erreichbar war. „Club Vieques was such a wonderful place to stay! Everything was clean, peaceful, and secluded, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We loved having access to great drinking water and the pool was a perfect place to relax.
What really stood out was how kind and accommodating the owner was. I forgot my charger, and he generously lent me his for the entire stay so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. That kind of personal service really made our stay special.
