„It was even better than we imagined! This was our first time staying in a bunkie but it was so comfortable and has everything you need. We loved the private meadow/forest trail and one of the highlights was kayaking the Beaver River. The owners are so kind and not far if there's anything you need refilled. Also, the duck eggs are a must try!! The location is great too! It's on a back road but closest to venture out and explore the beautiful Beaver Valley. We'll definitely be returning :)“

„Beautiful quiet property. Large kitchen for cooking, a lovely patio are and fire pit.Large house with large rooms and open area concept.Host is close by and when some light bulbs went out she came within an hour to replace them. She is very friendly and helpful.You will have to pay a security deposit in case of any damage, but I received it back the day we left.“

„We really enjoyed our visit at the guest house at the 30 acre Horse Ranch. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Our grandchildren were able to pet and feed the horses which they absolutely loved. Susan was so gracious and kind. She took us on a tour of the farm on the golf cart. We were able to go down one of the walking trails to the river. She also showed us the other two properties which were just beautiful. Our grandchildren didn’t want to leave. „What a fabulous weekend spend in a beautifully refurbished farmhouse. Check in was super easy with a code and keypad, and Mark texted to remind us that if we needed anything we just had to send a note.The kitchen is exceptionally done with beautiful finishings.We ate outside and enjoyed the fresh air, but there was AC on both floors to keep the house cool during the 30 degree Celsius weekend.It's a short drive to the beach, and we enjoyed a day trip in Southampton.A wonderful weekend all around.“

„This is a wonderfully eclectic historic home with modern conveniences and upscale touches. Jimmy welcomed us and had a nice fire burning as we arrived. There are lots of arcade games to play and a really neat barn attached to the home with a few friendly animals. Only caution is that you need to traverse very tight circular steps or walk through a short covered but unheated area to get to the bathroom. Though this is not ideal during extremely cold nights but everything else here is outstanding!“
