Das Hotel war der Ausgangspunkt für unseren Besuch an den Niagara-Fällen. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, recht groß mit einem Fine-Dining Restaurant, einer Bar, In-Door Swimming Pool und wird mit viel Aufwand gepflegt. Es hat einen schönen Gartenbereich. Unser Zimmer im sogenannten Turm war sehr groß, ist jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen (der Teppich schon recht alt, die Tapete nicht mehr ganz sauber und das Bad nicht mehr up-to-date) aber sauber und gepflegt.

We had an outstanding experience. The service was excellent. Parking was a pleasure. We really liked the Restaurant Terrace 16. We had a big suite on the second highest hotel room floor and the view was breathtaking. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

I checked into the hotel on October 22 after a long transatlantic flight. Doorman was very helpful, welcoming and the nice gentleman at the front office was equally friendly, professional and check in only took a few minutes.
The room, pleasant and quietly located was on the twelfth floor and on top of that I got an upgrade and was lucky enough to stay in a corner suite which was as big as my apartment. Bedroom, living room, a large bathroom and a small guest bathroom. Everything modern, but ...

Es hat (fast alles) gepasst. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, schönes Zimmer, der Hot Tube ist halt kein Pool, die Rooftop Bar. Super aber auch bei der Preisklasse zu erwarten. Negativ war das Frühstück, winzig mit wenig Auswahl und langsamen Service.
