Ed was quick to respond to my messages if I had any questions and made the whole check-in process a breeze! We will definitely be visiting again!! “

„We loved this property and enjoyed every aspect of it. The house, the location, the lake and all the amenities. We plan to visit again sometime in the future. The fishing was great! A few minor things. The upper A/C. I cleaned the filter it was pretty dirty. It is also extremely loud (it really rattles) I believe to not being shimmed level. In the upper bathroom I cleaned the shower head a lot of holes were clogged. The upper fan speed can not be adjusted due to pull string being gone. ...

„This is our second stay here as it is close to Indiana Wesleyan where our daughters compete in a track meet. In addition, the location is perfect for a stroll to Modoc’s coffee and other little shops in downtown Wabash. The kitchen table is great for family games. Only negatives this trip were that we did hear the upstairs neighbors a bit, especially early in the morning. And one of the shower heads was clogged so the pressure wasn’t the best. „First of all, I was sceptical about pricing and the host. Renting from an unknown host be difficult. BUT after living in Kokomo for 47yrs and moving to Florida 8yrs ago things can change. „House was clean, bedrooms were the perfect size. Nice having 2 bathrooms, yard was a great size. Big seating area outside. House was stocked with everything we needed. Championship Park was right next door. Grand park was 20 minutes away. It was nice staying in Kokomo instead of Indianapolis. If staying for Grand Park its worth the drive. “

„Charming place! It is evident that the host puts a lot of care and effort into providing a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. The hot tub in the garden has a great ambiance. The beds were very comfortable. She has some unique features and pieces in her house that all combine to make for a great stay.“

„The host was amazing. The home was a great size for my husband and me to get away for a few days. We did a lot of hiking. It was clean and super cute. You can tell she takes pride in her home. The only downfall is that it is in a corner and it is pretty loud. We would stay there again if needed.“

„We loved the place and especially the cleanliness of the inside of the house. The linens were very clean and the bathrooms had plenty of towels. The furniture was very comfortable and rooms were spacious. The only drawback we could find was the property had no grill for cooking out.
