„The good things first - staff at front office were polite . The food was excellent . Housekeeping - not good . Despite requesting them to clean the room and change the towels, they did not clean the room . The staff in the bar interchanged someone else’s liquor bill to our room and despite us telling them that we had not ordered any liquor, two of the staff wanted us to pay for it as the wrong room number had been written on the bill . „Nice hotel but if you are a tea/coffee lover, you will be in trouble -“

„The staff disconnected the phone service, internet service, and did not supply towel and soap. They were never curteous towards me. They had rude behavior. They took lot of money for extending one night and did not supply towel, shampoo or soap even after requestion in person. They disconnected the room service intercom and the internet.“

„Well maintained property, clean room and clean property. Staff were very friendly and helpful.“

„The location - right next to the KSRTC satellite bus station near Mysore Road. That is the reason for my stay at this hotel. The room was just OK. I would not have stayed here if I came with family. “

„OVERALL GOOD EXP“

„I had booked a family triple room with king bed and a double bed with a living space and they charged 12500 per night which is way more than the price of the rooms at this property as per the receptionist . They did not provide the same room while checking in and just said it’s been given to some marriage party. Then they offered another room. Overall it was not worth the money , amenities were bad and would not recommend it“

„Clean Room, Friendly staffs. “

„Um hotel budget razoável e localizado numa avenida principal de região sul de Bangalore. E uma região boa de Clase Media e Alta. Muitas opções de comer e supermercafos e shoppings perto.“

„Ok“
