"The hotel's location is excellent for airport access, and the complimentary shuttle service is a reliable and highly appreciated feature that we used gladly. While the rooms were generally in order and met basic standards for a transit stay, our overall experience was unfortunately overshadowed by a security-related incident.
Upon returning from dinner, we found our room door standing open. While the staff strictly followed formal procedures by attempting to contact management and referring us to the local police, the interaction felt very transactional. We would have expected more empathy and proactive assistance in such a situation, rather than just a formal adherence to protocol.
Regarding the amenities, the breakfast was basic and fell somewhat short of our expectations, though it remained edible. Ultimately, the hotel fulfills its functional purpose due to its proximity to the terminal, but the level of hospitality and guest care did not quite meet the standard we had hoped for."
