Despite being so close to the terminal, the room was impressively quiet, and I slept exceptionally well. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. Staff were consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming. Overall, a very relaxing and seamless stay - ideal before an early flight. I would definitely stay here again."

The rooftop is also a highlight, offering an almost 360-degree view over Athens, which is impressive. However, the overall experience fell short of expectations. Specific room requests were completely ignored, resulting in a disappointing stay. The assigned room was on the first floor, dark, and featured only a small window. Additionally, it faced the street, making it very noisy at night due to surrounding nightlife. The breakfast experience was equally underwhelming - basic, clearly optimized for efficiency rather than quality or guest experience. To make matters worse, the staff, from reception to the breakfast area, came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming. While the location and rooftop view are definite positives, the lack of attention to guest preferences, room quality, and service significantly impacts the overall experience."
