„Το κτήμα Νικόλα σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν ικανοποιητικό. Ο χώρος για 4 άτομα ήταν ευρύχωρος και καθαρός.σε θέμα άνεσης βρίσκω αρνητικό ότι τα 2 από τα 4 κρεβάτια ήταν σχετικά κοντά και δεν χωρούσαν τα πόδια μου στο κρεβάτι.εχω ύψος 1.70 βρίσκω το δωμάτιο καταλληλότερο για οικογένεια με 2 παιδια και όχι για ενήλικες.κατα τα άλλα όλα ήταν πολύ καθαρά καιδροσερα.επισης γεωγραφικά είναι κοντά στην Κάρυστο Αλλά η μετακίνηση γίνεται αποκλειστικά με μεταφορικό μέσο.“

„Villa is a lovely roomy size. Perfect for more than one family visiting as there are 3 different floors Bottom floor had a lovely sitting room, bathroom and jacuzzi bath with small kitchen. Middle floor had the main kitchen, sitting room and bathroom. My mother had this floor as she has mobility issues and the top floor my daughters had as it was a twin room. Beds were comfortable.
