"As a Flight Attendant I saw a lot of hotels around the world, but no owner was as sympathisch, caring and friendly as Mr. Tsagarakis! He gave us such a welcoming and cozy feeling during our stay in his hotel. His mother and the whole staff were very friendly as well! The hotel is very idyllic and relaxing especially the view during breakfast. The room was very clean and cozy with an air conditioner, a fridge, balcony and a lot of space to stow the clothes etc.! I liked the quality of the breakfast as well with traditional Greek delicious olives and yoghurt, honey etc.! The sea is very close to the hotel, so you can decide where you want to swim: in the refreshing hotel pool or the beautiful sea. Around the hotel, there are many nice restaurants, Cafés and shopping opportunities. We will come again for sure and thank you by heart for everything! May God always protect your lovely souls! "

"An Unforgettable 5-Star Experience! Our stay at Mitsis Selection Laguna was nothing short of incredible and absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we felt completely at ease, and the service was truly outstanding. Having visited numerous 5-star hotels in Greece over the past few years, we can confidently say that we've never encountered such a fantastic overall package. One of the most remarkable aspects was the gluten-free dining experience, which wasn't just accommodated but was an absolute delight! The presence of a dedicated nutritionist, available and contactable throughout the day, was a game-changer. We've never encountered such consistently motivated staff; every single person seemed genuinely committed to making our stay as wonderful as possible. They ensured that everything was gluten-free, and if something wasn't, they made it happen. A special shout-out to our housekeeper, Maria, who flawlessly cleaned our room daily and always left thoughtful little touches. The magnificent pool service also deserves high praise; it significantly enhanced the luxurious feel of our stay. The à la carte restaurants were of an exceptionally high standard, beautifully presented, and tasted superb. While the beach is quite stony, there are still accessible paths for those who don't mind. "Tolle außergewöhnliche stylische Anlage mega Sonnenaufgang mit Pool.man hat seine Ruhe und kann entspannen. Wenn man Party und bisschen "Leben" haben möchte ist man in 5 min in Fira. Anlage liegt genau mitten der Insel sodass man sehr schnell alle schönen Sehenswürdigkeit erreichen kann."

"Schönes neues/neu renoviertes Hotel. Leckeres Frühstück. Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Bad war nicht so klein. Ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeiten. Wasserkocher und Tee auf dem Zimmer. Tierfreundliches Hotel mit zwei Hotelkatzen ❤️ Zum Meer/Strand ca. 5 Gehminuten. Aber lieber ein paar Schritte weiter um die Kurve gehen und nicht das erste Strandbad nehmen. Dort gibt es ein Restaurant, das Liegen kostenfrei anbietet, wenn man dort isst. Das haben wir leider zu spät gesehen. Dort wäre es auch viel schöner gewesen."

"Das Hotel, Zimmer und die Anlage sind einfach spitze. Bei der Verpflegung (Frühstück und Abendessen) hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch bei den Mahlzeiten war nie ein Gedränge. Das Personal sehr freundlich und fleißig. Einziger Kritikpunkt meinerseits ist, dass die Pollbar offiziell bis 18:00 geöffnet hat, man aber ab 17:30 keine Cocktails mehr bekommt. Leider ist auch ein Mitarbeiter an der Bar sehr unfreundlich und faul. "

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Resort liegt herrlich ruhig in den Bergen. Das Gelände ist sehr schön angelegt mit vielen Blumen und Pflanzen. Alles ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Am zugehörigen Strand Club geht es flach ins Wasser und man hat einen sehr weichen Sandstrand."
