Also the stairway from the street to the apartment was absolutely filthy. Not necessarily something the owners have control over, but you should be aware that it was quite shocking. She left fruit and snacks for us; she had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, down to a milk frother; she had umbrellas and workout equipment for us to use. I could go on.
