The full kitchen is equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners and includes a dishwasher for easy cleanup.

The home comfortably accommodates guests across two upstairs bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Full-size bed
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed with private en-suite bathroom
Office: Double futon for additional sleeping space

Both bedrooms feature window air conditioning and ceiling fans for added comfort during warmer months.

The home offers 1.5 bathrooms, including a main bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a private en-suite half bathroom connected to the queen bedroom.

Security Cameras: Brook Street Retreat has two exterior security cameras. One camera is located at the front door, and the second camera is positioned at the garage and faces the driveway. These cameras monitor the exterior areas of the property for security purposes.

Trail Access Information Some of our properties offer direct access to ATV and Snowmobile trails; however, trail conditions and access may change frequently due to weather and local logging operations. Please note that North Woods Maine Cabins is not responsible for monitoring trail conditions during your stay and cannot be held liable for any closures that may occur. For the most up-to-date information on trail conditions, we recommend contacting Northwoods Outfitters or checking the Moosehead Riders and Moosehead ATV Riders Club`s social media pages.

🐭 Mice Activity: Mice may be present year-round due to the surrounding wilderness, with increased activity during the cooler months (fall and winter) as they seek warmth indoors. We use natural and sterile methods to treat the cabin, but occasional sightings or signs of mice may still occur.
❄️ Ice & Snow: Icy conditions are common in colder months. We do our best to salt and shovel walkways, but some ice may remain. Please use caution when walking outside during these times.
🕸️ Spiders & Webs: In this remote wooded setting, spiders are prevalent. We clear webs before each guest’s arrival, especially around the exterior, but they often rebuild quickly due to the natural environment. By confirming your stay, you accept and understand these conditions as part of the authentic and rustic Northern Maine experience. 🌲🏡
