Bedroom 1 — King bed, located on main level of house, full bathroom, deck access, lake views, great for those who cannot do stairs.

Bedroom 2 — King bed, deck access, lake views, located in lower level at the opposite end of the house for privacy, access to full bathroom

Bedroom 3 — Loft area: Queen bed, two twin beds, living area with tv sofa bed, full bathroom with shower/tub combo, great for families.

Bedroom 4 — Two double beds, located in lower level of the house, access to full bathroom.

The two king bedrooms sit at opposite ends of the home, so two couples or a set of grandparents can each have a quiet corner. Bathrooms are distributed across all three levels — no single-bathroom bottleneck in the morning.

KITCHEN & DINING — BUILT FOR COOKING FOR A GROUP

The chef's kitchen opens directly onto the great room and lake views, so whoever is cooking is never cut off from the group. Full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, range and oven, microwave, coffee maker, and a full complement of cookware, bakeware, knives, and serving pieces.

Seating for ten between the kitchen island and the dining table — the whole group eats together, at once, indoors. The covered deck adds a second full dining setup over the water for warm-weather meals.

THE LAKE & THE DOCK

The house is directly on the water with a private dock — no shared access, no walking to a community beach. Swim off the dock, drop in kayaks, or fish right from the property.

Lake Wallenpaupack runs 13 miles long with 52 miles of shoreline, and it is the largest lake in the Poconos. Boat rentals, marinas, and public launches are minutes away for anyone bringing or renting a powerboat, pontoon, or jet skis. Mornings on this stretch of water are glass-flat; evenings are the reason guests plan their dinners around the sunset.
