„Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Alle waren hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir hätten uns jedoch über eine insgesamt größere Auswahl beim Frühstück gefreut. Das Angebot an Brot, Aufschnitt, Marmelade etc war ein wenig klein. Wir würden aber auf jeden Fall nochmal hier ein Zimmer buchen!“

„The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I was offered tea brought to my room on arrival. The bar was closed for one night of my stay, but I was advised the day beforehand. That wasn’t an issue at all. The location was great. Lovely local areas. Plenty of cafes and restaurants and walks nearby. Bus stop direct to the station right outside the hotel a real bonus! My room was light and comfortable. The shower base was not draining well and it did smell a bit. A lady cleaner had noted this as ...

„Interesting and understated small hotel in pleasant grounds. The room wasn't massive, but had a very comfortable bed and huge bathroom. Excellent breakfast and really helpful, friendly staff. Parking was fine and the hotel is a 10 minute walk to Sharrow Vale Road and Ecclesall Road, and 5 mins from the Botanical Gardens. Highly recommended.“

„Lovely room, helpful staff and super breakfast. Easy parking too. Only minor gripe was that the window didn't stay open and we had to prop it open with a toilet roll. The was a bit of an issue as the weather was unseasonable warm and there is no AC in the room. However, the staff did say this was already noted and action was being taken. This was our second stay at the hotel and we would certainly visit again.“

„Sehr freundliches Personal beim Check-in (Aline) Das Zimmer war recht gross und sauber. Allerdings verstehe ich nicht, warum die Handtücher gewechselt wurden, obwohl ich sie aufgehangen hatte! Frühstück war okay. Typisch Englisch halt. Die Tische wurden aber nicht richtig abgewischt. Ich sass an verschiedenen Tischen und sie waren klebrig. Konnte beobachten, dass die nicht mit einem feuchten Lappen abgewischt wurden“

„AVOID! On arrival we got our keys from the keylock which was a simple process. When entering the apartment it completely stunk of cigs and w - as if people had been in there for days smoking. Even aside from the foul smell the place is very run down, lots of marks and stains on the walls etc. The glass hob surface had a large chip/crack on it which you could easily cut yourself of. A number is given to contact and says it's staffed until 8pm. We arrived about 8:30 but messaged basically ...
