„Cozy and comfortable except for very strong sulfur taste/smell in water (including shower). (We wound up buying drinking water to brush teeth and make coffee.) Lovely setting but a bit hard to find and it would be very hard in the dark and we really had to manuever the car to pull in and to be able to turn around to be ready to leave.“

„It was really nice having four bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The game room was a huge hit with the kids. Only issue was the overflow of the dumpster but it was a holiday weekend so understood.“

„Our family of 7 adults enjoyed staying at this well-equipped house. There's a large eat-in kitchen with seating for 8 as well as a bar table in the living area that can also seat 8. At one end of the house, there are 3 bedrooms -- one en suite; the other two access a bathroom off the main living space. A fourth bedroom (en suite) is off the kitchen area at the other end of the house. We especially enjoyed sitting in the hot tub as the snowflakes fell.“

„I had a peaceful retreat weekend at Spring House. The cabin was just as pictured on Vrbo. The picture windows in the dining room have clear views of the woods and the stream. I walked onto the deck to listen to the stream and look up at the trees, even though it was chilly outside. The cabin inside was warm and cozy. I would definitely stay in the cabin again in the future when I need quiet time away. It is also a short drive to Fallingwater, and I enjoyed a guided tour of the UNESCO world ...

„This was our second stay here - we just adore it! We love the heated floors - what a luxury! So glad the indoor fireplace has been converted to electric - we appreciate a wood burning fire, but this old home just wasn't suited for it. Nice to have the look of a fire in the house - thank you! „Most things were excellent but we had a few minor problems. For the breakfast we were there about 45 min. before closing time and several items were out - now the attendant was there to help but she stayed in the back room instead of checking on items-we had to ask for help both mornings. Also everything in our room was very nice except a horribly stained carpet which may have been clean but looked terrible. It really took away from the appearance of the room. “

„We enjoyed a quiet weekend stay. The house has many charming qualities and at the foot of the road is a deli/bakery with delicious offerings. Make sure to plug the address in your GPS. I just clicked on the "how to get there" directions and it took me 15 minutes past the house. There were some cleaning issues that the owner was truly surprised to hear about so I expect that is not a common experience for guests. All in all it was a pleasant weekend in the rolling hills of southwest Pennsylvania.“

„Bei dem Hotel handelt es sich um ein schönes historisches Gebäude mit herrlicher Aussicht, das leider an einer viel befahrenen Landstraße liegt. Der Verkehrslärm schallt durch das ganze Tal, auf den wunderschönen Terrassen fühlt man sich wie an einer Autobahnraststätte. Das Innere ist prachtvoll, aber etwas muffig, das Restaurant (auch Frühstücksraum) dunkel und ohne Fenster. Das Abendessen war grottenschlecht, das Frühstück nur unwesentlich besser. Insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert.“
