„Can’t say enough about the convenience of this property. Seconds to the beach, with steps onto the sand almost in front of the house. Although it sleeps many, there is only one parking spot, so plan ahead for additional cars. Best kitchen i have ever seen in a rental, but bring a bag of ice. Great linen and plenty of it. Tv has every channel you could ever need, and games galore if it’s a rainy day and you are forced inside. Ideally you only have sun and fun!“

„I booked a last minute stay for some time at the ocean. The booking/check in process was so easy with very detailed instructions sent the day of my arrival. The place was exactly as pictured, a well-appointed, clean cottage, with everything I needed. The host also left a welcome gift that was thoughtful and useful. „Beautiful home with a stunning view! We loved the location, convenient to Portsmouth but peaceful and quiet. We watched a fox and a groundhog cross the driveway! The restaurant across the street was delicious and so nice to be able to walk - Michelle is the most amazing server and person - be sure to ask for her if you go! „Annual weekend for the seafood festival. Perfect location, quiet neighborhood. Wonderful unit with great style and amenities. We loved the front deck with table, seating and a grill.
