„Stay often, so it must be good“

„Excellent room and service jumped into a taxi to Skipton Town centre cost only £7 and quickly spent the day in town got taxi back to hotel at 7-15 to have a few drinks before bed BUT the bar shut at 8-pm the lights switched off it kind of took the shine off the day ended up watching movie with a cup of tea sad“

„Loved it. Great spot with a superb pub 10 yards from the door. Good walks into nearby towns too.“

„We stayed one night as a stopover on our way home to Scotland. We had a superior double room in the lodge part of the hotel. Stunning room. Very spacious even with what looked like a super king bed. Lovely to have the little terrace space. Had a delicious meal in the restaurant and excellent breakfast in the morning. Loved the different options to normal offerings with overnight oats and yoghurt smoothies. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Lovely dog friendly hotel which we’d love to ...

„Kind and helpful staff do everything to make your stay enjoyable. Beautiful garden behind the property. Excellent breakfast.“

„Absolute gem of a place to stay. Gorgeous room with everything you need & so peaceful. The food was really good both for dinner & breakfast. We visited Fountains Abbey which was only 2 miles away. And we could do parkrun with plenty of time to get back before checkout & eat breakfast. Would love to return.“

„Good facilities friendly helpful staff comfy bed and good breakfast“

„This is a small hotel which has been decorated well. the staff are friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was really good The rooms are clean and lovely. However, there is no lift and there are 3 floors. there isn't a large separate lounge. However ,the views are amazing.“

„Sehr schön gelegenes hotel, Zimmer sauber, betten bequem. “

„I didn't realise this was on a holiday park so maybe my bad there. I was picturing country pub. Lots of noise outside. Then an alarm went off at 3am for ages. The restaurant food wasn't great for the money... But great breakfast and lovely pool.“

„Once I got my head past the idea that ‘this is not a Marriott’ I came to realize this is a great hotel. Room was comfortable. I was able to park right outside the hotel front door every night. Breakfast was good. The bar area is well presented with a good mix of locals and tourists to talk to. Room attended to daily. The local town is very pleasant. Some great coffee shops and pubs.“

„The Devonshire Arms hotel is a really lovely place to stay. The room had everything we needed including a fridge and ironing board. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Super breakfast though there was no gluten free cereal available.“
