The house is nicely arranged for accommodating couples, families, and individuals, and provides a comfortable spot for spending relaxing time on beautiful Hat Island. The lot and picnic table across the road provide a wonderful view of Puget Sound, boats, and the state ferries.“

„The property is as shown in the listing, but the "heated" part of the pool amenity in the title is not included in the rental fees (there is a daily electrical fee for heating the pool). As with many rentals with a game room, a number of machines were out of order, but the majority worked and were a value-add. The house is well equipped and is comfortable for a small group. The pool is the best amenity. My guests all enjoyed the house and commented positively on what a great place it was.“

„Beautiful historical hotel, the rooms were comfortable, the bed too and we liked the vintage style fridge. Because this is a historical building the walls are very thin and you can hear everything! I'd give it a higher rating but the thin walls were an annoyance. Also, no AC in the unit.“

„Unit was very large with beautifully equipped kitchen. Bonus was it even had a dishwasher! Yard was partially fenced which was an added benefit if traveling with a pet. Only downside were the trains running in the middle of the night if you’re a light sleeper. Very clean and well maintained. Great value for the size and amenities. “

„Check- in was a breeze! We were even allowed to show up just a bit early, and that really saved our day. While we didn’t take full advantage of that wonderful kitchen, everything we needed was there when we needed it! Our only real issue was that 2 of the showers were only pumping cold water. The 2 that were working was plenty for us though, and that sauna shower was amazing! Like standing under a waterfall. Lots of stairs, so bring comfortable shoes. The trains weren't an issue at all. „What a find!! Ed's cottage is wonderful, the cottage itself is cozy and cute and the property has lovely views and beach access. Ed was very welcoming and kind and even included the tide schedule for our stay as well as local recommendations. Add in the close proximity to Port Townsend and the cottage had a full kitchen, it was absolutely wonderful. I'll be back, that's a guarantee. “

"Für uns war es eine Zwischenübernachtung für eine Weiterreise. Für uns war das Zimmer mit dem Schlafsofa vollkommen ausreichend für eine Nacht. Der Checkin war problemlos und die Mitarbeiterin sehr zuvorkommend. Es handelt sich um ein kleines Moteldorf. Zur schön für unseren Geschmack. Das Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr abwechsungsreich... "
