The Space:

Step inside and settle into the inviting second-floor living room, where two sofas, a smart TV, and a gas-starter wood-burning fireplace create a cozy gathering space. The kitchen and dining area are also located on the second floor and offer everything needed for preparing meals, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, trash compactor, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and silverware. The dining table seats up to six guests, while board games provide another way to unwind after a day of exploring.



Outside, enjoy the peaceful mountain and lake surroundings, along with a patio or balcony and opportunities for fishing nearby. The home also offers a private entrance, wireless internet, and driveway parking for up to two vehicles.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity & shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #3 includes a full-size bed and a twin-size bed.



This home includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity & shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available.

• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 pets may be brought to this home. Pets are not allowed on furniture and should never be left unattended. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $35 per pet per night. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact Guest Services at the time of your booking. The yard is not fenced.

• The home does not have air conditioning.

• This home is equipped with 5 external security cameras, recording both video and audio: (1) located on the parking deck railing and monitoring the parking deck, (2) located on the corner of the house and monitoring the parking deck stairs, (3) located on the side of the house and monitoring the side of the house, (4) located under the deck and monitoring the stairs and sliding door, and (5) located on the upper deck and monitoring the Robin Drive driveway.

The favorite trail is the “Little Green Valley” trail which follows the ridge above the old snow bowl and the Crafts Peak trail at 8,300 ft.
