„We loved the quiet neighborhood (though a train runs right by - but didn't really bother us). The views from everywhere out back and on the porch were very relaxing. We loved being able to throw the kayaks easily in the water. We went 1 or 2 times every day we were there. Had it been cooler we would have definitely enjoyed the fire pit. Amazingly enough there were little to no mosquitos or gnats which surprised us being right on the water. Great stay!“

„We spend a long weekend & had a unit with a view to the harbor. The patio was absolutely cosy with the most relaxing atmosphere...even when it rained. The personnell was very friendly. It is close to oldtown..even though you need a car. The little breakfast place on the corner is also very convinient. Would definitely come back if in St.Augustine again“

„Great bungalow and owners. Cute, quiet house with a nice yard. The stay was really nice with everything in order and just as advertised. It was a very short drive to the historic district and could be walkable as well. The neighborhood is a transitioning one with some really nice houses like this one and some that still need some work. It was a great stay.“

Only AC unit is in living room but even in the middle of summer the house temp was fine especially thanks to the fans in the rooms. Parking spot at residence so that a plus.
