„We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo). The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2). The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street. There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. “

„Gutes Hotel mit europäischem Standard. Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend groß, Klima hat gut gekühlt aber ließ sich nicht komplett ausschalten. Im Flur im 4. Stock leider sehr laute Klima ohne Wirkung und unangenehmer Geruch. Frühstück war ausreichend, Brot und Kaffee leider Nix.“

„Sehr gutes Hotel, aber das kommt aber auch schon in Jahre. Bedarf an kosmetische reparaturen ist ersichtlich. Von der Seite Expedia habe ich leider keine Informationen erhalten, dass bei früheren Check-in einen zusätzlichen tag gebucht werden soll. Das mußte ich Vorort feststellen und buchen, aber schon zu anderen Konditionen.“

„Reception was not helpful at all. Wanted to change the room because I got an ex-smoking room, after a discussion they changed it (at least). They said they smell no smoke. I wanted them to arrange me a driver to Big Almaty Lake. All I got was a Flyer with guided tours, I should call there. At the checkout they wanted me to charge something from the Minibar. I haven't drank anything. They didn't charged me, but overall the reception didn't make a good impression. The room was okay, very old and ...
