„The unit was clean and had all basic needs. The second bedroom is actually more like a converted space. The forts have glass panes with no covering so the room was exposed. Also there is no closet in the bedroom and no mirror. As I was traveling with a colleague for business this was less than ideal. “

„Perfect location for exploring DC. Easy walking distance to U St, AdMo, and Dupont. Super quiet and safe neighborhood. Apartment suited our needs perfectly with plenty of space, washer/dryer, full kitchen, and comfortable living room. Bathroom is a bit tight for two women and all of our trappings, but very manageable. “

„Quaint, clean, well-stocked one bedroom downstairs apartment. The one bedroom offers little privacy due to shutters and mounted TV on shared wall with LR area where the pull out couch is. Perfect for an individual or a couple. I gave 4 stars to accuracy of listing only because I believe that transparency of property management company should list application is required and acceptance of Lease agreement following payment. Otherwise, they were very responsive and timely. “

„This host offers a quaint stay for a single traveler like me. No frills but all the basic amenities needed. A short walk to the Metro station is very convenient and since I drove into DC, the visitor parking pass was a great bonus. Most importantly, a very clean living space. “

I was given a garage fob, a space to park & instructions. Never found the space but was told I couldn’t park in the garage provided in the instructions.
