Lovely large family holiday home including private outdoor hot tub!

Self catering and located just a small stroll to the beautiful local dog friendly beaches. The house is located in a quiet cul du sac and benefits from private off-road parking. There is a large well equipped family kitchen with a breakfast bar. Downstairs there is comfortable lounge dining area for the whole family to enjoy the colder nights indoors.

The house is surrounded by a large garden where you can enjoy the warm summer evenings.



The Space:

In addition to the 4 bedrooms upstairs the house has a large entrance hall leading to the kitchen and lounge.

Outside is a lovely garden space with private hot tub and where BBQ's can be enjoyed during the summer holidays.

The property can be accessed any time of day. I will usually respond within the hour to messages



The Neighborhood:

Caister on Sea is a nice village just north of Great Yarmouth. It is very peaceful and a popular holiday destination. There are several local pubs, restaurants and all amenities are nearby.

The beautiful beach is the main attraction and an ideal starting point for these lovely beach walks to Hemsby, Winterton or Great Yarmouth.



Additional Notes:

The optional costs for the use of the hot tub of £25 per night are not included in the reservation (capped at £100 per stay).

Please note that it could take up to 20 hours before the hot tub reaches its final temperature. So it may be the case that the hot tub can't be used the first night.

If required we offer the option to provide an extra foldable bed. The costs are £17 per night.

Early check-in and/or early check-out can be arranged for an additional fee of £25 (subject to availability).

To give you peace of mind and maintain our high standards, we offer two options to cover you against small unintentional damage at this property.

We offer the option to add a Damage Waiver for just £30 per stay that covers up to £300 in accidental damages during your stay. Alternatively, you may choose to pay a refundable Safety Deposit of £300. The hold on your payment method will be released within 7 working days after your check-out subject to no damages.

In case you travel with pets, please note that there is a pet fee applicable of £50 per pet per stay.



House Rules:

Dogs are allowed, but have to be kept downstairs and have to be well behaved. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. BBQ can be used but has to be cleaned after use. Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited. Additional fees apply for pets (£10 per night).
