„Superb B&B. Met with a friendly welcome, and room available in good time. Loved the location on the sea front, just round the corner from the Main Street. Room was as advertised, and couldn’t fault. Breakfast cooked to order which was a nice touch.“

„What a wonderful place to stay, the location is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful stay over looking a large lake. Our room was great, comfy bed and had its own sitting room so plenty of space to relax. The staff were so friendly and I really felt nothing would have been too much to if we asked. We didn't book a table for the evening but they made sure one was free for us. We are already planning on going back.“

„It was a wonderful short stay, perfect if one likes on-road and off-road cycling and being in nature. A short trip into beautiful Bungay. The en-suite room was very spacious, had a little courtyard with chairs and a table to enjoy the sun, a lovely individual breakfast and very friendly chatty hosts. Warmly recommended! “

Der Komfort der Gästezimmer ist dem eines Landgasthofes angemessen; kleinere Schwierigkeiten baulicher Art ( schwache Sicherungen, verkalkte Mischbatterien) wurden eifrig behoben.
