„Rooms looked and smelled clean. Sheets and towels were bright white and smelled freshly laundered. Property managers were cordial, easy to get ahold of, and accommodating. There is a small fire pit near the rooms, and there are grilling options available if you want to go that route. It is right on the outside of Hill City and an easy drive to Rapid City, Custer, and Keystone. We will DEFINITELY stay here again! “

„Lovely place for our family to stay. Had everything we needed. We had two families with young kids and some teenagers and older family members whose kids are gone staying altogether for a wedding. Location is perfect, we were able to walk to downtown Fargo!“

„The house looked nice inside. The beds and seating were comfortable. There was trash left on the porch from the last people for both days of our stay. There were 2 towels for 6 people to use and the floors made our feet black from being dirty. Overall not bad for the price though. “

„Sehr sauber , alles wie beschrieben . Dass eine Landstraße am Haus vorbei führt war ja im voraus bekannt . Auf der vorderen Veranda ist der Lärm aber lange nicht so schlimm wie von manchen beschrieben . Für Ausflüge in die Berge ist die Lage sogar sehr gut . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt .“

„This home has an amazing location! You can walk to the marina, to campsites, to the local store and even to the Horsetooth Tavern. We had morning coffee on the deck that looks over The Marina. It has Dunning views. We can’t wait to come back again!“

It was a nice location, I picked it as it was between C. Springs and Ft Collins. Perfect launch and landing pad for all things Denver. Clean. Organized. Plenty of room. “
