„Excellent room, older property well maintained and very tidy. Lots of welcoming touches.“

„Je n'avais pas réalisé qu'il n'y avait pas de bureau de réception. C'est à l’arrivée que j'ai découvert que l'on devait parler à un écran et après l'inscription, la clef est tombée d'un casier installé sur le mur... C'est un autre monde... Quand à la chambre il y a tout, poêle, réfrigérateur, cuisine, salon, et chambre. C'est propre.“

„The property is in a perfect location to enjoy everything that Manitou has to offer. As well as walkable to downtown. Easy in and out with you vehicle as well if your visiting nearby attractions by car. And the Hosts are fantastic“

„Staff was great. The "room" was the size of an apartment which was great for the 6 of us. We had so much space. Easy Check in. We didn't know how to check out as the office was closed. Other than that, it was great and we will be back!“

„This was not a Lodge in any sense of the word. These are barracks designed to house oil field workers. There was no one to check in with and had to call the number and then wait at least 20 minutes for a disinterested person to tell me what unit I was in. When I checked the reviews, someone had posted a 10/10 which to me means that they must have stayed ...

„Our room was the first room onto the Main Street and it was as extremely noisy from vehicle traffic. They could not relocate our room“

„Clean, comfortable, and easy to access. The location was convenient, and the entire process from arrival to departure was simple and stress-free. Highly recommend!“

„The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However the check-in process is terrible. There are no actual human beings working on the property. The key pad on our door wasn't working properly and we had to call someone to remotely open our door every time we entered. We have stayed here before and liked it but with this change to zero staffing, AI communication, and difficulty with the remote entry we won't be staying here again. And we come to Manitou Springs at least once a year. Time to ...

„Very happy with the place. Great location: halfway between CO Springs & Manitou Springs/Pikes Peak.Suggestions: anti-slip mats in bath tubs,Sand down sharp edges on thresholds (hurt my feet!)Add lighting over sink area. Get sofas that aren’t like 4 individual chairs, consider pull out beds to sleep more people. I wanted to lay down on the sofa to watch TV and couldn’t due to arm rests/cup holders built into sofas.“
