„I brought my daughter and her friend over on the ferry(very easy)from STJ for a short spring break get away. The property was amazing. It was clean, convenient for what we wanted to do, and had an amazing view. The appliances were top of the line, the kitchen and bathrooms were newly remodeled(or built)and came with plenty of linens. There was cold water waiting in the fridge and ice in the freezer. „If you are looking for a convenient, quiet location (except for the local rooster) that is literally a stone’s throw into the ocean then look no further. Communication with the owner and the property manager was super easy. Val (property manager) refused to let us schlep our bags up or down the stairs on our arrival and departure. He was easy to reach when there were any questions. Falling asleep to the crashing of the waves was the cherry on the top!“

„I was very impressed with the house. It was very clean. Easy to get to and enjoy the island. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend this house for your stay. We rented a car and The host arranged for Leroy to show us to the property. The house was very comfortable and had plenty of room and was well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.“

„Family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out! The home sits above a beautiful cove, with some construction of a tennis court underway. The cove is very pretty, appears to be shallow water, but with the weather there was quite a bit of debris. The cows enjoy the beach every morning during their grazing time. Humorous to see! „The house was amazing and exactly as it was on the listing. You can't beat having a house with your own beach to just stroll right out into the crystal clear ocean. We rented a car so we could venture out and venture out we did. Smugglers cove was great for snorkeling as was Brewers Bay. You could snorkel right at the house, but it's mainly grassy so not many fish. I highly recommend renting a kayak and paddleboard for venturing out over the beautiful can water.
