„From start to finish Helen has been lovely and helpful. The apartment was so nice and in a beautiful area! It was very clean and had everything we needed. We travelled with 2 young kids 5 and 2 and they loved the garden and the apartment. My 2 year old loved seeing and watching the horses in the back garden. The hot tub was really good and just what we needed after a day of walking too! Thankyou so much for a lovely stay and we will deffinately be back! “

"This Hilton has rooms which are clean and quiet, beds are good but no option to ventilate the room. The restaurant facilities can’t be worse: at opening time of the restaurant we ordered food and 10 minutes later you are told to order something else because they ran out of it. As we had chosen something else, the response was: “Is THAT all, you want nothing else?” In a very arrogant way. Then they even expect a tip afterwards. During Checkout, the receptionists were unable to produce an invoice. I wanted to know how much and for what I would be charged. This was the wrong question as the receptionist in jogging-trousers became very unfriendly. This is not what I’m used to experience in a Hilton Hotel!"
