„Channel Cottage was the perfect getaway for my wife and I. The location is incredible and there is plenty to do within walking distance for the whole trip which meant we didn’t have to drive anywhere. The location made it so easy with the dogs and there were so many great little touches (dog shower outside for after the beach, spare dog bits). „Wir hatten wundervolle Tage in der "Old Chapel" in Syderstone. Das haus ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir haben uns Sandringham angeschaut, waren am Strand in Holkham und Brancaster, sind durch Burnham Market gebummelt etc. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!“

„The only problem with rating this cottage very highly is that I then have to worry that it will be occupied next time. Rarely have we felt so comfortable straight away. It's not a sterile flat, but a house with "soul". We felt that from the very first minute. And the surroundings were also so relaxing, not for people who need a "high life", but for people like us who simply need a "holiday" from everyday life. „Everything was perfect.. I can’t think of anyway this could be improved. Great location, apartments were immaculate and really lovely decorated. Everything really well thought of. Can’t wait to return sometime soon. The most important things were that it was great for our children and our dog!! We spent our first evening at a local pub then walked home with a takeaway, next day at the market and shopped around the village. Cooked some amazing steaks from the butchers. „Well-described house and facilities. The kitchen was well-equipped. We were happy with our rooms, although the toilet in the family bathroom was not working. On Boxing Day, we were without heating and hot water for 24 hours. The caretaker did his best to fix the problem, but with such a large group, it was a nuisance not being able to shower or wash up large pans without boiling kettles. Fortunately we still had a very good family Christmas . “
