„We had a family reunion nearby and needed overflow housing. We've stayed at several in the neighborhood throughout the years and this is my favorite so far. Great location, AC works great, it has a huge open living room area, and a lot of space overall. Recommend!“

„If you are planning a trip to the Elizabeth City area, this is the place to stay! Tastefully decorated in nautical decor, this condo is right on the Pasquotank River. Layout of the unit is perfect with a large living space and two bedrooms upstairs. Unit is spotless and the beautiful kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and then enjoy them on the deck overlooking the river. You won't go wrong with this rental!!“

„The place was perfect, the reviews regarding the beach being more calm and great place for younger kids was spot on and made our vacation with our littles ranging from 3 to 8 a lot more comfortable. The host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond whenever we had a question. We will definitely be planning our next trip back! “

„Loved the view, ships passing by, white sand that does not get hot hot. Clean soft beach, safe for every one. Restaurants nearby, walkable. No traffic to speak of. The host, Ed, was great “

„One of the best beach rentals we've ever rented. From the personal message welcoming us on the parking spot sign, to all the amenities, our stay was excellent. Everything you need is provided: toiletries, coffee, tea, fully stocked kitchen, complimentary snacks, and everything, I mean EVERYTHING, you need for the beach! The owener greeted us when we got there, and were quick and attentive to all our questions. Very clean and modern. Only con was we could hear every time the guests walked above ...

The condo was clean and secure and the community was as well. We had our dog with us and it was a safe area to walk around. We had to add a night while we were there and VRBO made that very easy to do!“

"Das Zimmer war viel zu hellhörig. Man konnte hören, wenn jemand in einem anderen Zimmer die Toilette nutze, man hörte die Waschmaschine vom unteren Stockwerk und jedesmal, wenn jemand die Zimmertüre zuknallte fibrerte die Wände im Zimmer. "
