„Very nice property wonderful views, the owner was very responsive and communicated well.The only issue we had was parking. The listing says that two cars can park there, but we could barely fit a small SUV in the garage and had to have two people to help watch as we tried to get in and out of the garage. The second parking area was slightly larger, but still very tight.“

„The place is incredible but more incredible was the owners response to a foul up when we departed our home and my wife’s meds were left behind. The meds are taken 3X daily and were inadvertently left behind. Taylor was so responsive to our needs and offered to receive them FedEx overnight. We landed in Raleigh and ended up in the ER and after a 5 hour wait and another 3 hour drive we arrived to our VEBO at 2 in the morning and Taylor continued to check our welfare the entire time. „If you are planning a trip to the Elizabeth City area, this is the place to stay! Tastefully decorated in nautical decor, this condo is right on the Pasquotank River. Layout of the unit is perfect with a large living space and two bedrooms upstairs. Unit is spotless and the beautiful kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and then enjoy them on the deck overlooking the river. You won't go wrong with this rental!!“

„I cannot recommend staying at this condo to anyone in the future. No matter how conveniently placed in proximity to the beach this unit is the unclean state of the unit and horrible communication from the property manager absolutely ruined my experience of my stay. The unit has a horrible ant problem and the managements solution was to drop off a can of raid by the door for me to take care of it myself. There was never any follow up on the condition of the unit and the state of the ant ...

„Great rental property! Right across from the beach and Buoy 44 restaurant! Great location! The host was very communicative and responded quickly to my messages and very accommodating! Would stay here again for sure!“

„This is a nice place in a good neighborhood. I just wish there was closer parking. You have to park in a visitor spot and you may not be close at all to the front door. All the spots are numbered, why is there not a spot for this unit? I don't think the cleaning crew showed before we got there...the beds looked like they hadn't been stripped down and cleaned before our arrival. Stains on a lot of the linens, floors and furniture. We had to strip the beds and wash all the bedding before we felt ...

„We rented for a visit with our son at NAS Norfolk. This was the perfect place! Close to the base, on the beach, and great kitchen to cook meals and hang out. Thank you!!“

„Exactly as described and well equipped. Occasionally the neighbors were very loud. A leak above the shower from upstairs required 3 days of work but all fixed. Having parking privileges in the city garage across the street makes it all possible, without it parking is expensive or impossible. It is still a bit pricey but first class overall.“

"The Hotel itself is nice. The street in front was terribly loud. Also the rooms themselves seem not to be as soundproofed as necessary. As soon as there were other people on the hallway it feels like they have a conversation right next to you."
