„We enjoyed our stay at this beach front gem. The back yard is amazing with a path to the beach. The house is tastefully decorated oozing with character and has the features you need . Grill, washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge with ice and water dispenser.2 coffee makers (one with k cups and one traditional). „This is a good place to stay - the house is great and the location is perfect. However, the check in ptocess was very frustrating. The VRBO listing gives the wrong address, so when we arrived we pulled into a neighbor's driveway by accident. This apparently happens a lot because the neighbor (who was home) immediately pointed us to the correct house. Then the check in instructions gave the wrong key code for the front door, so we had to call and message the host multiple times just to get ...

„We had a lovely time at this very clean house. Notes for families: one bedroom is on the bottom floor, and three on the top floor (may not work for all families). One bedroom on the top floor doesn't have a door. It's in the common area. It worked for us, but may not work for everyone. Sony was very responsive and had very detailed check in and check out procedures. Overall it was a great stay and I'd recommend this place to anyone! „This was a great space for our family to take a quick trip before heading back to school! We had six teenagers and seven adults and there was plenty of room for everyone! The beach was great, and only a hop, skip, and jump from the house. Close to grocery stores, Walmart, and Target. And we found an amazing seafood house, Surf Rider, just down the road at the marina. Would definitely stay again!“

„The property was not clean. Dust on fans, counters had a film on them, mold in shower, dirt under beds. Lacking in fire alarms. Ceiling fans did not have all the light bulbs or were burned out. The pictures did not show the true age of the property. We could only get to the backyard through the side fence where someone else had entrance to the 'mother-in-law' suite, so we couldn't let our dogs out there. It was one of the reasons we rented the property. The location was what we expected.“

„Our father passed away and we had a large gathering at the family home for all the family and friends to come and celebrate his life. We booked the house for our adult children instead of hotel rooms because it was so much easier and less expensive. They thoroughly enjoyed getting to spend time with each other. „I needed a place about midway between ORF airport and the town of Surry, and this one fit the bill. It's an excellent property in a nice area. Opened in late 2024, very clean and well maintained. There's a brewery restaurant next to it, and several diners/restaurants within a mile and a half. Not much in the way of nightlife nearby, but that wasn't a priority for me. “
