„This little cabin in the woods was in such a great location. We loved being both in a secluded location, but just a short drive to the river and not far from berkley springs to food/ supplies. We also took a day trip to winchester to shop. Loved the screened in porch to drink coffee and read.“

„An absolute amazing stay if you want to get away and live simply for some time. The property was clean and the communication was wonderful! We did have cell service through the wifi which I didn't expect and the wifi was actually really good, though we didn't need it. The hot tub was amazing and the host even confirmed the handyman checked it before our arrival. Venturing out, there are so many cool places to visit. „We had a great time even with the horrible fog and cloud cover the first two days. My dog loved it and we enjoyed the ability to get away from the hustle of city life. Hot tub at night was great. Pictures on the site are a little dated but overall highly recommend and plan on returning. “

„Cutest little house in the woods. We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars, and the very comfortable bed. It was quiet and relaxing in this home, and it was so nice to have the essentials provided (like coffee, sugar, creamer, garbage bags, paper towels, detergent). Very close to the brewery, and to the center of town. “

„We stayed at Perched in the Trees to celebrate our anniversary. It was perfect! Such a lovely retreat that feels so far away and secluded, but is close to great food and attractions. We were especially impressed with our takeout dinner (the crab cakes were delicious!) from Jimmy Joy’s, which we enjoyed eating on the screened porch. „Loved all the natural lighting, a beautiful wooded veiw from the deck especially and 3 sliding doors with access to the deck from every room, leading to a screend porch enclosure. My dogs loved it and I knew they were safe and not wander off.“

„Cabin was lovely in a secluded spot. Close to Cacapon park hiking, horseback riding, and shotgun shooting. Also Morgan County Observatory was close. Of course Berkley Speings was nice too! Rounded out each day in the hot tub!“

„The perfect escape from the daily hustle and bustle. Quiet, relaxing and a great location. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, stretching out in the hammocks, and the nature around us. We have seen hawks, deer, even turtles running around. Everything that you need in a cabin. Close to town and all the area attractions. Host was great to work with and very communicative all the way through. Will definitely return in the future. “
