„An absolute amazing stay if you want to get away and live simply for some time. The property was clean and the communication was wonderful! We did have cell service through the wifi which I didn't expect and the wifi was actually really good, though we didn't need it. The hot tub was amazing and the host even confirmed the handyman checked it before our arrival. Venturing out, there are so many cool places to visit. „Beautiful home. Great location. Easy river access. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Short drive to downtown Berkeley Sprints. Amazing place for a group of friends or a couple families. “

„We had a great time even with the horrible fog and cloud cover the first two days. My dog loved it and we enjoyed the ability to get away from the hustle of city life. Hot tub at night was great. Pictures on the site are a little dated but overall highly recommend and plan on returning. “

„Met a friend here after I had been camping/cycling the C&O from DC. Shower was great as were the facilities. Not too many places for a decent meal in town but we made do with the gas station pizza! “

„The house was very clean and neat. We had a great time there, it rained the first few days so our outdoor activities were limited but our last day we were able to enjoy the outdoor fire on the new deck and relax in the comfortable patio furniture. We also had a family of deer that were eating leaves very close to the house in the woods. “

„My daughter and I stayed here this past weekend. She turned 18 earlier in the month and just committed to a college finally so it was just a little getaway for us but the property is exactly as pictured. Totally adorable!!!! Everything is so clean, quiet and relaxing. No complaints from us whatsoever. We plan on returning for sure!“

Since it was a bit cooler than predicted the fireplace was great for watching movies. The games were a hit with our granddaughter that graduated. “

We spent so much of our time just sitting out back watching the water and enjoying the hot tub and porch swing (also, two of the trees out back are perfect for a hammock!). Owners were great communicators and access was super easy. Also the neighbors we ran into were so friendly! Highly recommend!“

„House was clean. Very nice, quiet property. About 4 miles of gravel road to get here, so would recommend a vehicle that can handle it. Cell service in the area was patchy, so GPS for trips was in and out. We would definitely stay here again if we take another trip to Berkeley Springs!“
