It is comfortable, well appointed, and even has soft towels! (rare in rentals, I find). My only caveat, and this has to do with my lack of knowledge of Pittsburgh and not any fault of the property or host, is that I pictured it to be in more of a neighborhood that has stores and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (it is in a residential area).
