The desk manager, Michelle I think her name is, was so pleasant making me feel that I made a good choice right upon arrival. Overall, the accommodations, staff, price, and proximity to the freeway, Fully Met my Expectations and I would highly recommend the Baymont by Wyndham Gaylord as well as stay there again in future travels to that area. „Room was clean, beds were very comfortable and quiet. We got in very late and left after breakfast so we did not experience any other amenities. Breakfast was filled and acceptable. “

„Check in was slow but there seemed to be an issue with guests ahead of us. The staff member dinner best and everyone in line was patient. After the snafu was solved she got the next two guests checked in quickly then us checked in quickly as well. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel is how loud their doors slam shut - otherwise, I give the hotel 5 stars. If we’re in the area I’d stay there again. “
