Small appliances include a coffee maker, blender, crockpot, toaster, and stand mixer. Place settings, wine glasses, mugs, and serving tools are stocked to match your group. Grilling utensils are on hand for outdoor cooking at the propane grill, complete with a grill mat and cover.

Note: If boat lifts are used, make sure equipment is fully raised out of the water and all water items are returned to their proper place after use.

Guest Access:

Check-in is simple and self-guided via coded smart lock. The garage opens with the circle button below the light switch - press firmly to open and close. Parking for up to 4 cars on the paved and gravel driveway. Your host is available if questions come up, but is designed to let you enjoy your getaway without interruption.

★ Driveway is not steep or narrow - easy arrival for most vehicles
